Well for the momma’s out there if you super busy with a million things to and you need to make dinner quick! I have the perfect recipe for a delicious mouth-watering soup!

I made this soup for my family and it was a winner! Even my 6 year old loved it and even asked for more. Feel free to be creative with this soup and add whatever you have left over from the week.

Recipe:

Ingredients: (you can easily use any leftover veggies from the week to throw into this soup)
Spinach- 8oz fresh spinach
4 potatoes- cut in cubes
5 large carrots- peeled and cut
3 green onions- cut
1 1/2 cup of lentils- uncooked
8oz package of mushrooms
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of garlic salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of salt (Feel free to add more salt to taste)
Water

Instructions:

1. Add all the ingredients above to the slow cooker on low.

2. Add enough water to cover vegetables.
3. Let vegetables cook slowly throughout the day for about 4-6 hours and enjoy!
