I have added my favorite ingredient to this recipe! Avocado!!! Can you believe it?? It really makes the spinach dip very creamy and delicious.

This dip was a hit with my family! It was gone in a matter of hours! Enjoy this dip with your favorite chips or veggies.
Ingredients
16 oz pkg fresh spinach
1 jar marinated artichoke
1-2 avocados
1 small lemon
1 tbsp of garlic
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
Olive oil
Instructions
1. Drain water from the jarred artichoke. Sautéed spinach and artichoke over olive oil on medium heat until the spinach has wilted.
2. Add avocado, lemon juice, and spices to blender. Add more avocado or lemon juice to make sure sauce is not too watery or too thick.
3. Mix sauce with the sautéed sautéed sautéed and artichoke.
4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and serve.
