November 3, 2017

I love love love hummus!!! It’s my favorite way to eat chickpeas. It’s so versatile. You can eat it with chips or in a wrap.

Chickpeas also known as garbanzo beans are amazing because they are high in protein and fiber. They have many health benefits such as lowering cholesterol and promoting healthy blood pressure.
